How does multifactor authentication work?

Addition verifies it's really you with a one-time code each time you log in, so no one else can get into your account.

How it works: enter your personal email at app.additionwealth.com, and we email you a 6-digit code. Enter it to finish logging in. Codes expire after 5 minutes.

Code not working? It's almost always one of these:

• The code expired — request a new one.
• You used an older code — always use the most recent email.
• It landed in spam — check junk and mark it "not spam."

Prefer to skip codes? Use Continue with Google if your login email is a Google account. Still stuck after a fresh code? Reach out to support for help.
